Exhibit Space Registration

Please complete this online form to reserve exhibit space at the 2024 Healthy Schools Summer Academy. Exhibit space is $400 per display space. There are 3 of 15 display areas available. The deadline to reserve a booth is May 29, 2024, space permiting, with payment due May 29, 2024. Cancellations by exhibitors will not be refunded, but may be applied to the next year's event.

Please agree to the following to begin:

• Payment will be sent in time to be received no later than May 29, 2024.
• If exhibit space is cancelled by exhibitor, the registration fee will not be refunded.
• All rules of the event venue will be followed.
