Exhibitor Registration

The Florida Education Foundation (Foundation) is the fiscal agent for the 2024 Healthy Schools Summer Academy (Academy) at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland on June 4-5, 2024.

Exhibit space will be located in the large hall where all keynote speakers and general sessions will occur. In addition, lunch will be served in the large hall to allow for additional time with attendees. Set up time is 7:30-10:00 a.m. on June 4 and breakdown after 2:30 p.m. on June 5, 2023. There are 15 exhibitor spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for a table-top display is $400 and includes:

one 6' x 2' rectangle table
an online listing in the exhibitor directory
booth space located in area where all general sessions will be held allowing maximum access to participants during event
opportunity for a small bag stuffer and/or one-page flier in all registration bags

Cancellations by exhibitors will not be refunded, but may be applied to the next year's event.

PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: The following partnerships may be provide as an in-kind donation or as a fiscal donation. Partnerships are seperate items from booth space.

Door prizes	Provide a door prize to be given away at the closing session.	-
Bag Stuffer Item	Provide promotional items to be inserted in the participants' bags. Great option if a company can not physically attend. Quantity to be determined 3 weeks before the event (estimate of 200 participants).	-

Partnerships do NOT include exhibit space. Exhibit space and partnerships are separate items. If booth space is desired along with a partnership, please reserve a booth first.
Companies who have already reserved exhibit space must contact the HSSA Team to secure the partnership and to submit payment or to arrange delivery of in-kind donation.
Companies who would like to be a partner, but do NOT require exhibit space, must complete the booth reservation form and select "No booth, just a sponsorship" when asked booth quantity.
